Power of Attorney
The Luxembourg Domain Name Registry's standard Power
of Attorney document assigns the ability to act for
you for domain registration and maintenance (e.g. updating
your postal address or DNS server details) but does
not confer ownership on your agent in Luxembourg.
Domain Registry fees : € 40,- annual fee
FOCUS fees : € 50,- (one-time fee) plus € 50,- per maintenance
intervention
Procedures
Complete the online form to open your account and order
your domain(s):-
- You will receive by email a Power of Attorney document
ready for signing
- Fax or email the signed form to the FOCUS address
provided
- FOCUS delivers all documents to the Registry normally
within 2 working days
Invoices and Payment
- An invoice for FOCUS service fees will be included
with the signing package
- All bank charges and currency conversion fees will
be paid by the Client
- The Registry invoices the Billing Contact on the
Application Form for its fees
